APPLYING FOR A LOAN?

For your convenience, download & complete the 3 application forms required to
start your journey into a new home. The process has been outlined for you
below:

PRE-QUALIFICATION

The pre-qualification done by Better Bond on your behalf helps you
understand what properties you can afford and simplifies the buying
process when you complete the Offer to Purchase.

OFFER TO PURCHASE (OTP)

Once the Pre-Qualification has been done you will know what Bond
amount you qualify for, this means that you can complete the Offer to
Purchase with confidence.

BOND APPLICATION & APPROVAL

Once you have completed all the Better Bond consent forms, received your
Pre-Qualification and completed your Offer to Purchase Then Better Bond
will apply for your Home Loan at all the major South African Banks.

BOND APPROVAL

Once your bond is approved, the appointed attorneys will deal with the
Bond and property registration to your name.
